Eligibility:

The Unlock Your NFL Style at Vineyard Vines Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older. Eligible minors must obtain their parents or legal guardians permission prior to participating. Employees, officers and directors of Vineyard Vines, LLC (“Sponsor”), Octagon Sports Marketing, Riddell, the NFL Entities (as defined below) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not eligible to participate. By participating, individuals agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. If you are employed by a company or business, please make sure your participation in this Promotion does not violate any of your company’s policies. Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Entrants irrevocably waive all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.

PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Promotion will take place during regular and holiday business hours (as applicable) at the Vineyard Vines Grand Central store location at 89 E 42nd St, New York, NY (the “Store”) between 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 14, 2018 and 10:00 p.m. ET on January 8, 2019 (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

During the Promotion Period, visit the electronic locker display at the Store and follow the instructions to complete the on-screen registration form and submit to see if you’ve won a prize. Participation in the Promotion will be on a first come, first served basis. Sponsor does not guarantee the opportunity to participate in the Promotion. Limit of one (1) game play per person every 24 hours throughout the Promotion Period. Game plays received and submitted from any person in excess of the above stated limitation will be void. No reproductions, facsimiles, photocopied, damaged or incomplete game plays will be accepted.


PRIZE ALLOCATION & ODDS OF WINNING:

Eight (8) grand prize packages will be randomly assigned to specific winning times throughout the Promotion Period. During the Promotion Period, if you are the first to submit a game play at a randomly selected winning time (as determined by Sponsor) or if no one submits a game play at such time and your game play is the first submitted thereafter (as determined by Sponsor), you will receive a winning on-screen message indicating that you are a potential winner of the prize specified. Odds of winning a prize and the exact grand prize package specified depend on the number of game plays received and the date and time of participation. Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility, winning game play and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. Limit of one (1) prize per person and per household.


HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE:

If the on-screen message you receive upon submitting a game play says “SO CLOSE! You almost cracked the code to the vineyard vines Prize Locker. Thanks for playing and please come back tomorrow to try again!”, you are not a winner. If a participant is a potential winner of a prize, he/she will immediately receive an on-screen message informing him/her of the applicable prize and must follow the instructions provided and see a sales associate to claim the prize. Prizes must be claimed by the date and time specified by Sponsor or prize claim will be void. Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions will be final. Prize claims that are received late or are defaced, mutilated, tampered with, obtained via illegitimate channels or altered in any way or which contain printing errors or those not obtained through legitimate channels will be automatically void. Prizes that are not claimed in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded. All materials submitted in connection with this Promotion become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.


WINNER DOCUMENTS:

Potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release (collectively “Documents”) within two (2) days of receiving winning prize message. If the winner declines or fails to complete the Documents provided, the applicable prize will be forfeited. If a potential winner is an eligible minor, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

GRAND PRIZES:
Each winner will receive one (1) of the following eight (8) grand prize packages:

  • Prize Package 1: Winner will receive (i) a Vineyard Vines NFL shep shirt; (ii) a Vineyard Vines NFL belt; (iii) a Vineyard Vines NFL t-shirt; and (iv) two (2) tickets to the Green Bay vs New York football game, scheduled to take place on December 23, 2018. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize package: $554.50

  • Prize Package 2: Winner will receive (i) a Vineyard Vines NFL shep shirt; (ii) a Vineyard Vines NFL belt; (iii) a Vineyard Vines NFL t-shirt; and (iv) two (2) tickets to the Dallas vs New York football game, scheduled to take place on December 30, 2018. ARV of prize package: $506.50

  • Prize Packages 3-8: Each winner will receive (i) a Vineyard Vines NFL shep shirt; (ii) a Vineyard Vines NFL belt; (iii) a Vineyard Vines NFL t-shirt; and (iv) a NFL Shield helmet. ARV of each prize package: $357.49.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize, or redeem a prize for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. Exact date, time and location of games (as applicable) to be determined by the NFL and are subject to change. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest(s) must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. Gift cards are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being provided, including any and all applicable ground or air transportation, accommodations, meals, luggage fees, souvenirs, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Released Parties are not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use any prize. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes awarded: $3,809.94.


DATA COLLECTION:

The Sponsor may collect personal information from you when you enter the Promotion. The information collected by Vineyard Vines is subject to their Privacy Policy, located at http://www.vineyardvines.com/privacy-policy/privacy-policy.html. By entering this Promotion you will agree to receive communications from Vineyard Vines including marketing emails and catalog mailings. By entering this Promotion you also will be presented with the opportunity to opt-in to have Vineyard Vines share your personal information with NFL Properties LLC, the National Football League, and the member clubs of the National Football League for the purpose of receiving marketing and promotional offers from such parties. The information shared with NFL Properties LLC is subject to their Privacy Policy located at http://www.nfl.com/help/privacy.


GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, illegible, misdirected, or undelivered entries or game plays; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries or game plays, the announcement of the prizes, the closing of the Store, the cancellation or postponement of any game or activity, or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Promotion be unable to run as planned for any reason, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, including if it is compromised non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. Entrants, by participating, agree that the Released Parties, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize (including any travel/activity related thereto) or participation in this Promotion. Winners, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, Sponsor reserves the right, as applicable, to award the stated prizes in a random drawing from among all valid prize claims for such level. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes listed in these Official Rules. DISPUTES:

Except where prohibited, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Connecticut or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Connecticut.
