Full priced items with a vineyard vines receipt:
· Within 60 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit
· After 60 days of purchase: Full merchandise credit
· After 180 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of last retail value
Sale items with a vineyard vines receipt:
· Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit
· After 30 days of purchase: Full merchandise credit
· After 90 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of last retail value
· All goods marked as "final sale" will not be eligible for return
vineyard vines products without a vineyard vines receipt:
· Can be returned for merchandise credit at the last retail value
Merchandise purchased at vineyard vines outlet locations is eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted and exchanges can only take place at a vineyard vines outlet store.
Merchandise purchased at Whalehouse Sales are final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.
Any personalized, monogrammed, or customized product is not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total. If you choose to send your goods through another carrier, we recommend you select a service that provides tracking information.
· If you need your exchange in a hurry, feel free to call us at 1-800-892-4982 and we will do our best to get your new products out to you expeditiously! You will be charged for the merchandise on its way out (shipping is on us, of course) and you'll be credited as soon as we receive your return.
How to exchange merchandise by mail:
· Complete the return section on the front side of this receipt and indicate items being returned. Don't forget to let us know the reason for the returned item (please refer to our list of reason codes).
· Provide the product information for each new item you would like in the exchange form below.
· If the item you are returning is a gift, please fill out the contact information provided below.
· If the total value of your exchange is less than the value of the returned item(s), we will refund you the difference according to our return policies.
· If the total value of your exchange is greater than the value of the returned item(s), please include your contact information in the form below so we can contact you regarding proper form of payment.
· Take note of the tracking number for your records, so that you can track your shipment's progress.
· Please allow 30 days for your return/exchange to be processed.
· All sales of gift cards are final and are not eligible for exchanges.
· vineyard vines will honor a one-time price adjustment within 10 days of the shipment date
· Promotions, flash sales, Friends and Family sales and Whale of a Sale will be excluded from price adjustment.
