Eligibility and Agreement to Official Rules: vineyard vines Edgartown Catboat Charters Sunset Sail Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to anyone who is a legal resident of the United States and who is at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees of Vineyard Vines, LLC and its affiliates (“Sponsor”), and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to enter. By entering, you indicate your agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Each participating vineyard vines retail store (each, a “Store”) will be conducting a separate Giveaway pursuant to these Official Rules.

Entry Period: In-store entries for the Giveaway begin at 10:00 AM ET on 6/27/26 and end at 8:00 PM ET on 7/10/26. Sponsor’s timekeeping method determines the official time for the Giveaway.

How to Enter: To enter, you must meet all eligibility requirements and complete a paper entry form at the vineyard vines Edgartown store during the Entry Period. Upon completing and submitting the form, including your name, valid email address, and mobile phone number, you will be entered into the Giveaway. Maximum of one entry per email address.

Drawing: Sponsor will select the winner of the Giveaway at random from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by phone on or around July 17th, 2026. If a potential winner fails to timely respond or to sign and return any required documents, an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing of all remaining entries. A potential winner will be required to certify that he or she is eligible.

Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a private sunset sail for the winner and up to five (5) guests provided by Catboat Charters. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or substitute the prize, or any portion of the prize, if necessary. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, Sponsor may (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Catboat Charters, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever. The Winner and his/her guests will be required to sign a waiver and release of liability prior to participating in the private sunset sail. Catboat Charters may impose other eligibility requirements for all passengers on the boat.

Privacy; Consents: Any information you submit as part of the Giveaway will be used for purposes of this Giveaway and treated in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to the Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. By providing your email and phone number to enter, you agree to receive emails and/or recurring text messages, which may be automated or AI-generated, from vineyard vines for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time. Only U.S. mobile numbers are eligible to participate.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Fairfield County, Connecticut. The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Connecticut.
