Junior Sales Coordinator

Department: Wholesale Sales
Reports To: Director of Mens Sales & Director of Womens Sales
Location: Company Headquarters in Stamford, CT

Overview: Ideal candidate will work directly with Men's and Women's Sales Directors and Account Executives to support vineyard vines business in the wholesale accounts, partner stores and department stores.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Sr. Sales Coordinator to oversee department store shipping and processes. Goal is to improve shipping time and shipability of orders to department stores
· Work closely with sales team to support account executives. Majority of time will be spent completing customer service tasks, order investigation and answering phones
· Will assist in the entry and management of custom orders for the Wholesale Division
· Work with Report Launcher to compile OTS, Sell-Through and NSR Reports in order to up-sell and communicate issues with accounts
· Assisting in the order entry process and management of sell-off orders

· Fully proficient in Microsoft Excel and enjoys working with numbers
· Should have basic knowledge of BlueCherry System
· Must display enthusiasm and proactive attitude
·Organizational and time management skills are essential as well as the ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
