Stamford KIC IT Triathlon The Long Island Sound was nice and smooth... Ross getting ready for Part I... the swim portion On your mark...get set..GO! In perfect form... As always VV is a few strokes ahead of the pack 3rd athlete out of the water, heading for the transition... Gearing up for Part II...the bike Leaving the transition area for the bike portion. Off he goes for the 40k up hill battle! Entering 2nd transition, oh no here comes Part III....the RUN!! 3rd and final leg of the race, the 10k run, dun dun DUN... I think I see a pink whale coming down the home stretch! Finishing strong in 14th place! Found fellow co-worker and triathlete Alex after the race. Congrats Alex! Post-race award ceremony. Congrats Ross 1st in age group!
