When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday thru Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please note during periods of high volume, it may take longer. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped Monday. If you need your order to go out the same day you place your order, please use an expedited service and we'll be sure to do our part to get you your merchandise in time.
When will my order be delivered?
Once processed, orders are shipped via UPS Ground (unless an expedited UPS service is chosen). UPS Ground guarantees delivery within five business days to most U.S. locations; however, we've found that they usually get to you even sooner than that.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes we do! Please call and speak with a vineyard vines® customer care at 1.800.892.4982 for delivery schedule and rates.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
No, unfortunately at this time we do not ship to Post Office boxes.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email might wind up in your "Junk Email Folder," so be sure to add vineyard vines® to your "safe" list.
What if I'd like to change my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be changed (this helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible). If you'd like to add items to your order, please call one of our customer care representatives at 1.800.892.4982 and we'll try to work something out.
Can I ship to an address that's different from my billing address?
Absolutely. When you set up your vineyard vines® account, you are able to enter separate shipping addresses and even save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.
How do I know which size will fit?
Check out our size charts to help determine what works best for you and/or your loved ones.
How do I clean my totebag?
The best method we've found is simply spot cleaning as necessary. You can also take your tote to the drycleaners, but be sure to point out the silk trim.
What age do you recommend for a boys' tie?
Our boys' ties are generally geared towards young men 5 feet and under.

How do I return or exchange a product?
At vineyard vines® your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind, in front of and beside all of our products. Basically, if you're not happy, we're not happy. That being said, we will gladly accept all Returns & Exchanges through your chosen delivery service. We strongly recommend that you choose a service that provides tracking information. vineyard vines® is not responsible for any packages lost during the returns process if tracking information is not available. Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment.

Can I return or exchange a vineyard vines® product that I bought at a retail store?
We're happy to exchange any vineyard vines® product, no matter where it was purchased, however, we cannot issue credit for items purchased elsewhere.
