Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
Express ShippingOrders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 10:00 AM ET / 7:00 AM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Next Business Day DeliveryOrders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 10:00 AM ET /7:00 AM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed on weekdays after 10:00 AM ET / 7:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.
Next Business Day Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.
DeliveryOrders that are successfully processed are shipped via UPS Ground unless an expedited UPS service is chosen. UPS Ground guarantees delivery within 5 business days (http://www.ups.com/maps/results) to most places in the US.

UPS 2 Day: $20.00
For UPS 2nd Day delivery, orders submitted Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) by 10 AM ET will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
UPS Next Day: $28.00
For UPS Next Day Saver delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) by 10 AM ET will arrive on the next business day by 3pm, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Post Office BoxesWe do not ship to PO Boxes. The address on the order must be a physical street address.
Change OrderOrders can not be changed once submitted. If you would like to add to your order please contact us at 1-800-892-4982.
Shipping AddressesWhen you set up your account online, you enter a separate shipping address and even save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.
International OrdersUnfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.
