Welcome Aboard!

Jason Meeuwig and Katie McGauley spent the better part of their lives chasing a shared lifestyle of sun, sand and sail before ever crossing paths. Katie, a natural born sailor, worked as an instructor at schools from Harbor Springs to San Francisco before meeting Jason, a veteran sales and marketing manager at The Bitter End Yacht Club, at a mainland boat show. They immediately hit it off, though, and it wasn't long after Jason found her a job on the waterfront that the two began dating. But within a short period of time the new couple was already planning their next move-exporting their own brand of good times all the way to Thailand to manage a small luxury resort. We caught up with them during one of their latest visits back to the BVI. Cruising on a 420, it was the first time they'd attempted this maneuver together, but as you can see, they make a pretty good team. Besides, now Katie has someone to catch her if she falls.
