We recommend you use Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 1x or Safari 2x. If you have a previous version of one of these browsers, you can download a free copy of the latest version from Firefox or Microsoft.
Monitor SettingsIf you have to scroll to get a full view of our pages, try setting your monitor to a resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher. To change monitor settings:
- Windows users: Go to Start menu: control panel: display: settings or right click on your desktop, select properties: settings.
- Mac users: Go to Apple menu: system preferences: displays, select resolution.
Your browser has to be set to accept cookies before you can place an order at vineyardvines.com. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but if you're having trouble ordering, you may need to change settings to enable cookies.
To enable cookies:
PC users:- Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher: Go to tools: internet options: security. select internet, then custom level. You may need to scroll to see the options for enabling cookies.
- Firefox: tools - options - privacy - expand cookies - check "Allow sites to set cookies" - select "Until they expire" from dropdown.
- OSX, Safari: On the top toolbar, select preferences: security.
- Firefox: Go to Firefox menu: preferences: select privacy tab: expand cookies: click "Allow sites to set cookies", "Keep cookies until they expire".

How do I place an order?- Selecting the items that you want
- Adding items to your shopping cart:
When you're ready to add an item to your shopping cart, choose from the available options for size, color, etc. Now you are ready to click "Add to Cart." A window will pop up at the top of the page asking if you would like to proceed to check out, disregard if you are continuing to shop. You can always click "shopping cart" on the top right whenever you want to see your totals.
- Starting checkout from the shopping cart:
The shopping cart shows you which items you have selected and your merchandise subtotal. When you're ready to continue, click the "checkout" button at the top of the page.
- Entering Billing and Shipping Addresses
If you've created an account at vineyardvines.com, please log in before you start shopping, and we'll automatically fill in available address information for you.
If you don't have an account at vineyardvines.com:
On the Billing Address page, please enter your name and billing address exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*). Some fields are optional, but we ask that you provide as much information as you can - this will help us provide better service and allow us to fulfill your order faster. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, confirm that the box labeled "Shipping address same as billing address" is checked and click "continue." Otherwise, uncheck the box and click "continue."
When you check the "Remember User Name" box, your user name will be stored in a cookie on your computer and will be filled in automatically each time you return to our site. For your security, you must enter your password to log in.
Please note: To protect the privacy of your personal information, we do not recommend using this option if you are accessing www.vineyardvines.com from a public or shared computer (e.g., in a school, library or internet cafe).
If you don't wish to have your ID stored on our site, leave the "remember user name" box unchecked and click "continue."
- Reviewing and Submitting Your Order
On the "shopping cart" page, you can review final order information, including your order total. Once you are all set hit check out
On the "check out" page, you may change shipping addresses, ship method and if this is a gift.
After you have reviewed your order information, please enter your payment information. If applicable, click the "redeem" button to redeem coupons, gift cards, gift certificates or promotions; otherwise enter your credit card information and click "proceed."
- Thank You
Your order is now complete. You may want to print the "thank you page", which summarizes your order information. (Click the "printable version" button at the top of the page.) We'll send you an email confirmation, to be followed by a shipping notification with tracking information.
