Returns & Exchanges
At vineyard vines® your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind, in front of and beside all of our products. Basically, if you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
For your convenience, all vineyard vines® products purchased online at vineyardvines.com or by phone include a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. To use, simply remove all previous tape and shipping labels, peel the new label from the invoice, attach it to your package, leave it in your mailbox (or take it to your local post office) and it will be returned to us in a timely fashion. Once we receive your package, if we have your email address on file, you will receive an email notification with tracking information so you can monitor your return.
When utilizing our return shipping label, you will be charged $6.95 for shipping and handling costs on all exchanges. Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total. If you choose to send back your goods through another preferred carrier, we recommend you select a service that provides tracking information. vineyard vines® is not responsible for any packages lost during the returns process if tracking information is not available.

We make really great products, but we’re proud to couple them with even better returns. So don’t worry, we’ve got you all taken care of. Here’s a list of ways to make R&E (returns and exchanges) a lot more like R&R (we know we don’t have to explain this one).
Returns:- For all products purchased by phone, online at vineyardvines.com or at one of our retail stores, we’re happy to issue a full refund within 90 days of purchase so long as a receipt is provided.
- Any merchandise that was not purchased directly from vineyard vines® that is accompanied by a receipt issued within 90 days will be eligible for a full merchandise credit.
- For all merchandise returned without a receipt, we’ll gladly issue merchandise credit for the last retail value of the goods.
- Any merchandise returned with a gift receipt will be eligible for merchandise credit for the last retail value of the goods.
- If your merchandise has sentimental value and you’d prefer that we return the goods rather than issue a merchandise credit, please make that very clear to us in the comments section of the Returns & Exchanges Form.
- Custom and personalized merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.
- All sales on gift cards are final and are not eligible for returns.
- If you need your exchange in a hurry (and who could blame you), feel free to call us at 1.800.892.4982 and we can get your new products out to you expeditiously! We will have to charge you for the merchandise on its way out (shipping is on us of course), but you’ll have the new goods quickly and will be credited as soon as we receive your return.

- For all exchanges, please refer to vineyardvines.com to make sure that the product you desire is still available. It’s always a good idea to list a second and third choice just in case .
- If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a purchase of greater value, be sure to include your credit card information so we can account for the difference.
- All exchanges accompanied with a receipt within 90 days of purchase will be eligible for a full merchandise credit.
- For all merchandise sent back without a receipt, we’ll gladly value the goods at their last retail value.
