Whale Tales
Eustace and Christina Joseph only know what it's like to live in paradise, to wake up every morning surrounded by crystal clear water and lush vegetation, and to breathe in air that's fresh and sweet. Both originally from Dominica, they moved to Virgin Gorda to work-and play-at the world-renowned Bitter End Yacht Club.
Following in Gordo's footsteps, Eustace took over as water sports director. The result:control of a fleet of over 100 boats (which we use to sail to our favorite nearby spots like Prickly Pear and Little Dix Bay) and easy access to one of his greatest passions, windsurfing. On days when the wind whips over 30 knots, he likes to show off his latest tricks within eyeshot of the main lodge-but only for an audience, of course.
And each night as the sun sets over the harbor and he's greeted by Christina's friendly smile, they prepare for the not-so-long commute home on their bicycle built for one. If that's not living, we're not sure what is.
